Imagination Farms is a 24 hour manned guard gated community here in Davie, Fl. Imagination Farms consists of 415 homes on lot sizes ranging from 2/3 of an acre up to 2 acre parcels. There are 7 different models of homes, a quick guide to estimating size is that the models are sized alphabetically with the Astor being the smallest and the Hanover the largest.
The community predominantly consists of one story homes with only 14 two story models. All but 43 homes are on water. In my opinion it is the one of the best communities in Davie as to price of homes, quality of neighborhood and resale ability.

There is only one Essex model in Imagination Farms, it is found in the original “Model Row”. It was rumored the developer found the construction cost prohibitive and the model was not competitive to the others. As a result it was not offered.
