The community of Grove Creek is one of Davie’s newest planned acreage communities. It offers 5 models but with 12 variations of the models. Some of the larger models such as the Gulfstream offered optional media and game rooms.

The community of Grove Creek was gated in 2016 after the Town of Davie granted permission since there was a moratorium so to speak on gated communities several years earlier.
