Styles of Living here in Davie
One of the most unique cities here in South Florida is the Town of Davie. Davie takes pride in open green spaces, equestrian flair, including their own Rodeo grounds along with being home to the Miami Dolphins training camp and Nova Southeastern University. Click here for more info on Davie
There are two styles of acreage homes in Davie. Those that offer non regulated living, free from Homeowner Associations. In these communities you may be able to have horses, barns, boat, RV parking and more.
The other communities consist of both gated and non gated communities and are regulated by Homeowner Associations. These communities offer guard gated entrances, community centers, and anything from ½ acre and up. Most of these communities were build starting in the mid 1990’s and some are still in construction. They offer a viable alternative to planned communities as found in Weston, with the exception of larger lots and truly exceptional acreage homes.
