When selling a home you are obligatee to disclose to the Buyer all known facts that materially affect the value of the property being sold and that are not readily observable. This disclosure statement is designed to assist the Seller in complying with the disclosure requirements under Florida law.
If you as a Buyer would like to see homes which are not listed in the MLS or available to other agents we ask you to sign this agreement. In most cases the fees are agreed to and paid by the Seller.
This is not a listing agreement. For a home that is unlisted you as the Seller give us the authorization to tell clients the home is for sale, to show the home and for you set the price. This may be cancelled at anytime by either you or us, however any parties the home was shown to prior to cacellation are subject to commission if a sale takes place.
This provides the Title Company that is closing your sale the required information they need. You may open and complete it online then email it back or print, complete and email/fax back.
When we list your home in a guard gated community we ask that you complete this form and give it to the following. Your property management company, your guard gate and one copy returned to us.
