Buying one of our listings

  • Should one of our listings interest you the savings is about 1.5% of the purchase price of the home.
  • On our typical listing this can be a range of $9,000.00 - $20,000.00
  • We work as a Transactional Broker which means we do not represent the Buyer nor the Seller, we are there to help both parties.



Buying a resale or new construction

As to buying a home that is not listed by us there are both tangible and intangible savings.

  • We have been selling area homes since 1995 and are totally in touch with the market.
  • We often have unlisted properties which are shown exclusively to our clients and not availabe in the MLS.
  • The intangibles are market knowledge
- reasons why seller must sell.
- financially distressed or otherwise forced sales.
- problematic communities (bad location, noise, flooding issues, etc.)
- problematic homes which are undisclosed. (water damage, mold, settling issues)
- Reasons as homeowners who may have to sell because of unforseen circumstances where they may be more negotiable.

  • The tangible is our buyer incentives averages around $5,000.00 credit to you at closing. This incentive varies based on the purchase price along with commission offered by the Seller.
