- On our typical listing this can be a range of $9,000.00 - $20,000.00
- We work as a Transactional Broker which means we do not represent the Buyer nor the Seller, we are there to help both parties.
Buying a resale or new construction
As to buying a home that is not listed by us there are both tangible and intangible savings.
- We have been selling area homes since 1995 and are totally in touch with the market.
