Highland Ranches consists of 93 homes, all on builder acres. Of these 35 are waterfront and 58 non-waterfront lots. There are two separate phases of this community. The southern phase is an unmanned card gate and consist of 19 homes, all of which share a northern exposure on the huge lake. The remaining 74 homes are in the northern phase which also is gated and has a staffed gatehouse.
