The community of Woodbridge Ranches is one of Davie’s newest planned acreage communities. It offers 6 models but with 15 variations of the models. Some of the larger models such as the Gulfstream offered optional media and game rooms. It is the second of hopefully several acreage communities being developed here in Davie by Southern Homes, who is one of the areas finest developers.

Some points of interest about Woodbridge Ranches
- Woodbridge Ranches was initially the only new community in Davie which received permission from the Town of Davie to be gated. Gated communities were subject to moratorium around 2006
